These have to be the worst windows in the world. I have purchased a couple propoerties in abq and worked on them myself for the last 5 years, and the only thing I regret is using window depot for my windows. They are poorly constructed(assembled), it is extremely cheap vinyl, and the technology is so walmart. would you buy windows at walmart? Not to mention the windows make lots of noise. they pop and crackle throughout the day, and they do a horrible job of keeping noise out. I can't tell the difference between my old windows and these windows. Yes they are cheap, but if I could give any advice, its to spend the extra $$$ and get a good window from a good company. You want to use a company that manufactures their own windows, and uses a good high quality vinyl with no metal components! Window Depot is the type of company to scour the country for the cheapest materials and vinyl. You don't want that! I have recently used accent windows, top of the line, and it's like living in a new home!
