I went to Broken Arrow Muffler and the experience that I had there was unsurpassed. The mechanics were nice and informative and made sure that I understood everything. They checked out my van and told me everything they were going to do and got my approval before every making any repairs. Being a woman, sometimes it is hard to deal with mechanics. But I will take my car to these guys in the future. I learned that they do other things besides mufflers. I was very pleased.
