I've taken four different vehicles to Quanz for various mechanical (not body work) issues: two Ford trucks, one Lincoln Town Car, and a VW. They have always given us great service at a fair (but not necessarily rock bottom) price. In every case they were polite and professional and appeared to be extremely knowledgable. They are great (never impatient OR condescending) about answering follow up questions and providing additional information (even to women) and, if they can't provide the info right away, they don't try to fake it...they look it up and call you back later. Their estimating service is fair and accurate and when they had to keep a vehicle for a long time they offered a loaner vehicle. The only thing I've found them a little slow on is calling when the car is finished. I usually have to call to follow up. I've never had further issues with anything I've had repaired at Quanz either. Good work at a fair price.
