My husband and I tried Primo's a bit after moving into the area. I thought it would be a nice place to have an occasional romantic dinner. When I called for reservations for a Saturday evening, i was told that the only opening was 6:30. It was a bit early but we decided to take this time. When we arrived, the place was nearly empty, with only two other occupied tables. Despite this fact, they seated us right next to a family with children. I don't really mind children dining out but since my hubby and I were having a romantic dinner we would have liked a more private table. It is a huge pet peeve when restaurants do this - seat people right next to each other when they have plenty of space.
Pros: Food was pretty good
Cons: Customer service was not great
