If I could give a lower rating I would. While this tile company specializes in making hard to find tile colors, they certainly don't specialize in good customer service. I ordered a sample from this company and was ecstatic that it matched my 1950's color. When I ordered the tile to be overnighted (at a huge shipping premium, but was happy to pay because I found the color), it arrived and was a completely different color. When I called to ask about replacements, I was treated poorly and given nothing but attitude by someone named Millie (""We always have problems with rush orders."") as if I were to blame. I know it's a hassle to rush an order, but it's not the customer's fault that you can't track your samples and lot colors.
