i got a good deal on my sectional. during the sale they pushed for the upsell on the extended warranty. at first i declined until he lowered it to 100 dollars. so naturally added that to the package in understanding that they would scotchguard my sectional to prevent stains. they dont have custumer service!!! i had to call them for my appointment time, in which they gave me a 6 hr window and showed up in the last 5 mins without even a phone call. my couch was not scotchguarded like i paid for (and they pushed so hard for that sale). keep in mind that i called to confirm that is was already taken care of and they lied and said it was! then when i called them on it they have been nothing but rude liars! after this i made an appointment to have it done again and they never showed up. now im returning the service and its been a week with no credit back on my account!
