I have been a tenant in a condo that PMT "manages" for 4 years now and I would not recommend their company to anyone. We had a hail storm 3-4 months ago, and just last week the roof was fixed! Yesterday my broken window was replaced from that same storm. PMT DID NOT CALL me, but instead broke into my apartment via my already broken window, and used my facilities with out proper disposal (toilet included) of their mess.
Pros: Close to UT Campus and Lamar
Cons: Customer service is beyond poor
