I purchased high end exercise equiptment from Gym Source two years ago. The equiptment came with a three year guarantee. Over the past 24 months, the equiptment has functioned less than 50% of the time. Gym Source maintains a regional service center in Attleboro, MA. The service center has repeatedly lied to me about the availability of parts, and service calls are entirely unreliable. Each repair has required a minimum of two visits, and one repair took over three months to complete. I am amazed that this company can stay in business with their deceitful practices and unreliable service.
