Terrible customer service. As I bought a Diet Coke, with an expiration date of the day before, the coke was tasteless, as in no coke taste, only carbonation. I asked for an exchange and was told NO as they shook the coke and saw fizz. I asked for a refund and was told to leave their establishment. Can you beleive they asked me to leave after paying $10.01 for a slice of pizza, a side salad, and a drink, and didn't get served? I was not rude, just matter of fact that I didn't feel comfortable to eat there and wanted a refund. I was told to take it up with Coca Cola since they sold Fuzzy's the drink...I said, "I am your customer and they are your vendor, you should handle that complaint, not me." And I left, hungry and amazed at such poor customer service! I lost $10.01 and won't go back to a Fuzzy's again, and have shared this story with many people! - Hungry in Houston!
