Do not go to Del Amo!! They are hands down the worst dealership in Southern California!! I have been to every dealership within a 60 mile radius and I can tell you from experience it is worth your money to take the drive somewhere else. I ride with a lot of guys and they all have had major issues with Del Amo.
-The sales department is incompetent and will tell you anything you need to hear so they can get a sale. They know nothing of the services they are selling. The $5,000 coverage plan they sell you along with Lojack, is not worth it! Just get full coverage. You sometimes can get a slightly cheaper deal, but it is not worth it!! Trust me!!
-The parts department is horrible!! Whatever time frame they tell you tack on a few days or months! They say they will call you when your part is in, but never do.
-The service department is the worst i have ever seen!! Myself and numerous other riders have brought their bikes in for routine services and when we picked up our bikes, found that there were bolts etc. that were missing!! Every single time i had my bike serviced i found parts missing (5 times). Then it takes two weeks for them to replace the parts they lost! If you have to bring your bike in because you already purchased the extended service package like me, then PLEASE look over your bike before you do any serious riding.
If after all this you still are going to buy a bike from Del Amo, then all I can say to you is I am sorry and there are many others that share your pain! If you still won't take my word for it, then look up Del Amo Motorsports on the B B B website and see for yourself. They got an F!! The worst possible rating a business can get!!
P.S. the owner of Del Amo also owns Long Beach Motorsports, so be careful!
Pros: None
Cons: Just do yourself HUGE favor and go to one of the many other dealerships!
