I used to goto Salon V in the East Village in New York for highlights and was worried I would never find someone to highlight my hair the same way. But Jasmine makes my highlights more detailed and vibrant. I also realized that I am paying less for the same quality. I would strongly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a hair update.
