I travel from out of town to Alpharetta and I always eat at least one meal each week from Bistro's. They have the best house salad, called Bistro's salad. It has dried cranberries, apples, pine nuts, cheese and great greens and is served with a sweet yet tangy onion dressing. It is wonderful! You can do a half sandwich/salad combo to get the great salad if you don't want a whole one. There sandwiches are great too as well as the pasta salad. This is not your ordinary pasta salad; the pasta salad includes fresh veggies such as green beans, squash, carrots, tomatoes, etc. They go the extra mile at this place. I am always pleased with my entire meal when I go there and the prices are affordable. The owner is there and is always pleasant and helpful.
