I have been to this salon plenty of times and have had no problem out of the ordinary. Sure theres little mistakes here and there but Ive NEVER paid too much for my services. The prices are reasonable when you think about all they are doing. You walk in, they offer wine water or tea. Then you sit with your stylist and they talk to you about what's going to happen today as they massage your scalp with this amazing Phyto scalp treatment oil. Then comes the wash in there "lather lounge" which I have to say is amazing! Its dark in there with really soft lights that make you feel very relaxed. I love how I get my hair cut wet and dry! Ive gone to everyone who is there and loved every time! They tell me the my estimated price before we begin and it never goes higher then that. You people who are complaining about the price need to have a consoltation before you begin. I dont mind paying the price I do for an hour (or more depending on the service) of feeling pampered to the MAXX and walking away with great hair! I would recomend this salon to anyone!
