I feel like I am either dealing with people who don't care or are just not as sharp as they should be. Recently experienced problem with some hayes brakes that squeel loud when used. They told me that was normal, yes if you deaf or just like noise I agree. I am taking my business somewhere where they truely care about people who have already purchased there bike there and arent a new purchase.\r

I had planned on buying or upgrading components but don't feel this is the place for me.
