I have the ugliest carpet in Lee County - contractor's grade gray, and it's fifteen years old, but I can't afford to replace it yet, so I called Chem-Dry (I have allergies to mold and so steam cleaning was out). The gentlemen who came to clean were exceptionally nice. I have a lot of really big furniture, but they were undaunted. They were cheerful, professional, and what's more, they took the same care with my ugly carpet and treated me just the same as they would a customer with deep pile Axminster rugs costing $30,000 a room. I was very impressed with the level of cleaning, too - even my ugly carpets looked pretty good afterwards, and what's more, they were clean. I'd definitely recommend this company
