After reading the excellent reviews I referred my husband to your shop when he noticed a clunking noise when shifting from reverse into drive in our Honda. Worried about what type of repairs we might face as this was our only form of transportation I went ahead and provided your shop name & number. But our concerns were put to rest when he was told there was no problem at all. The gentleman he spoke with on the phone he said was very helpful and said he would do his best to get to the vehicle when he brought it in. When arriving he was greeted by a man named Rick who took him back right away to overlook the vehicle. After test driving and getting a second look by his technician they told him every looked good. He mentioned to my husband that it didn't seem to have a problem when he was shifting. He then asked my husband if there was any recent paving that was being done in our area.
