July 9, 2008\r \r Manager Dave Dimatteo doesn't mind LYING to his customers.\r \r I got a phone message from Dave saying they're running a $16.95 oil change special, and when I bring in my car they'll perform a 29-point maintenance inspection. I called and set up an appointment, mentioning the oil change and the inspection he offered on the message.\r \r When I brought my 1991 Chevy Astro in, he didn't seem to remember that I mentioned the 29-point inspection. I ordered an oil change and inspection, making another brief reference to the phone message special.\r \r That was about 9:45. By 4:30 that afternoon, I hadn't heard from him, so I called and he said it was all done. When I went to pay, he said it was $21 something. Surprised, I agian mentioned the phone special, whereupon he charged me the reduced price.\r \r Thinking he forgot the special when they were working on the van, I wondered if they did the inspection, so I asked.
