The animal hospital is very unclean. Even though the building is old it doesn't need to reflect uncleanliness. With the numerous Vets located at this business I'm surprised at the disorganization of scheduling and recordkeeping. Appointments are always overbooked, recordkeeping is outdated (no computer system), returned calls from the Vet regarding surgeries and routine visits are slow. I've always had to call the Vet back for results. This to me is uncaring and unacceptable. I've spent my last dollar for inadequate services.
