The service department here is awful! It took them three days to do a job that could have easily been done in a day. At the end of each day I was told they didn't get a chance to look at it, to come back tomorrow. All this after I was told it would be done the first day! Then, they charged me for unnecessary work. I myself am a mechanic by trade and I called them on this. When I asked them why this work was conducted, the service manager himself could not give me an answer as to why. He would not let me get a word in edgewise, and after shouting back and forth for about 5 minutes I decided to just cut my losses, pay the bill, and never return.
