If you still want to buy your dress here after reading this review I have two suggestions: 1. When they ask you your wedding date give them a fake date MONTHS ahead of the real one to allow for mistakes. This dates sets the delivery of your dress. 2. Do not leave without a swatch sample of your dress! \r
It has taken me 6 months to be able to write this. I was looking for a specific designer dress. It was crazy-extravagant, but, hey. "Oh yes, we have it!" I drive 1.5 hrs through LA traffic to try it on. "Oh, we must have just sold it." That should have been my first red flag. Eventually I found another one I loved. When it FINALLY came in MONTHS late it was the wrong color. Off white. They tried and tried to convince me it was all MY fault- the lighting, silk-white vs. bone white, etc. Hey, a white wedding dress is a white wedding dress, right? The next time I came for a fitting I brought the swatch (they made me beg and pay for- but...) showed them and guess what? It was white.
