It's challenging. I love Dr Roland and the nurses there. The office/business part, has me finding a new doc and location. They do not accept credit cards so you can't use your F.S.A . card--except that they told me they'd take a card for charges over $50. The staff is cranky and inflexible. My largest complaint is the way the business is ran.\r

That said, the medical care is exceptional. Dr Roland is fantastic and accepts my family-planning needs by giving me the most updated birth control options. She listens thoroughly and has exceptional bedside manners. If she was at a different office, I would happily continue seeing her.
Pros: Great doctors and nurses. Modern, feminist thinking.
Cons: Horrible office/business, appointments are months out
