I originally sought Keli?s help to stop smoking. I had quit on my own for about 8 months, but never lost the desire to smoke. It was a constant battle that I lost when I went back to school and my stress skyrocketed. In no time I was back up to a pack a day. It took a couple of sessions with Keli to get to the underlying issues that triggered my desire to smoke, but then it was like magic! I simply woke up one day and it didn?t even occur to me to smoke. I should add that this was only 3 days prior to hosting a 17 person Christmas dinner (my family and his) and through all that stress I had no cigarette cravings. It has been 6 months to the day and I haven?t had one cigarette. More importantly, it hasn?t been a struggle and I?m perfectly comfortable around my smoking friends without feeling like I?m missing out. \r

I returned to Keli when I started having trouble with school. I am in a very competitive healthcare program. Although I was doing great with the written assignments, during the early part of the spring semester I started having almost paralyzing test anxiety over the mock patient exams. Careless mistakes caused me to be placed on probation and I had one more chance to successfully complete the exam or be terminated from the program. It was at this point that I made a frantic phone call to Keli. She immediately put me at ease and worked in an appointment for me. We had one session which she recorded on CD. I listen to that CD before every exam now and am happy to report that I successfully completed the spring semester with a 4.0. Not only that, but I just aced my first year competency exams (longer more grueling mock patient exams). I was so confident that I actually enjoyed the testing and felt completely unstoppable! \r

I've tried hypnosis before, but it always seemed to be one size fits all and I saw no results. Keli is dedicated to getting to the root the individual's problem, and the results are amazing!\r
