Well, I agree that the place is maybe 1-2 steps above cafeteria food. I say that as a full blooded Italian that KNOWS good Italian food and not a ""don't know how to cook"" person who thinks anything from anywhere that she can't cook is great. The bread is NOT great! It is lousy and not ""Italian bread"". Reason always packed is simple: THE PRICES and the fact that the area has so many seniors and people that don't know how to cook well. That reviewer that loved it obviously has NO IDEA of what ""good"" Italian food is. If you enjoy and know good Italian food - this place is NOT for you as it is NOT for us!
Pros: people that don't know any better like it
Cons: food is bland, below average, not truly ""Italian"", americanized versions and bad at that
