Master Gohring asked me to write an honest review, so I said: ""Sure, why not?"" I want to help get the word out about Kick Butt Coffee. When I first saw Kick Butt Coffee being built, I was excited. At the time I worked near the place it was being built at, and soon would be moving to the area. (By the time it was built, however, I got a better job and now work too far from it to come and get coffee on my lunch break.) Soon after it opened, my husband and I visited. I wasn't expecting much from a small place in a strip center, but I was pleasantly surprised by everything they offered. Yes, there was coffee (which is the main draw for a caffeine fiend like myself), but there was also a Wii, a big-screen TV (on which to play the Wii or watch movies), and really nice decor. The game system was a big draw for us to return. Upon returning, I discovered the alcoholic beverages, which are really excellent-- I love the ""Chai Matey."" Now I can get booze and coffee at the same place! The coffee is also good. I like to get the mint mocha, because unlike some other mochas elsewhere it's not so sweet that I can only bear to drink half. I only wish that it was closer to work, because now on weekdays they have pizza for lunch.
Pros: Good drinks, close to home
Cons: Too far from work
