Todd was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed me different samples and talked of the options available. I received two reasonable quotes from other companies, one only 46 cents higher. Since the decision was going to come down to aesthetics, I asked Todd if he could come out again to show me his product against the other manufacturers. I talked to him on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out the following Monday.\r

I liked the Johnson product and he helped me figure out what would be best for the different windows. We scheduled for two weeks in the future when I would have some time off. Todd arrived on time, set up quickly and got all those windows done in approximately four hours. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up everything. He also put my window blinds back up for me. \r

I'm very happy with the work he did for us. In fact, I'm sure I'll have him back before summer is over to do my east facing windows.
