Carlo and Marlon arrived as scheduled which is important to me. Both were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of their job. They explained and demonstrated the cleaning process to me and patiently answered all of my questions prior to their staring the job. And most importantly, Carlo and Marlon did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely recommend this firm, this crew, and the dry clean process to anyone desiring clean, clen smelling, and soft carpets without the use of water.
