He also followed up within an hour or so with a phone call. He was professional, courteous, helpful and thorough without being pushy. \r
After making the decision to use their company, I called back and they were able to quickly make an appointment for me at my convenience as I am a teacher and currently tracked out with my children. The day of the appointment, some of their staff finished early at a prior appointment and they called me to see if I wanted someone to come earlier in the day or stick with my afternoon appointment, whichever was most convenient for me!\r
Ferdi and Anthony were amazingly professional, polite as well as friendly. They were efficient and unbelievably fast! They moved everything I asked them to, even though I offered to move any furniture that they might not be comfortable moving. Everything looked and smelled great, no mess left behind. Ferdi took the time to explain everything ahead of time to me regarding each stage of the process and afterwards with my husband when he got home prior to their leaving. They were able to get numerous stains out of the carpet that the previous owners left behind. We will definitely refer others and use them again!
