Terrible customer service - FIND AN ALTERNATIVE 7/28/2008

I thought this would be an efficient alternative for getting a living trust. I would never use them again. I don't know if other We the People offices are as bad, but these people are terrible.\r 1. I was told on the phone it would take 2 weeks. My situation, they said in the interview, was straightforward. It ended up taking 3-1/2 weeks and I had to call every day to insist that they finish it.\r 2. During the signing process, the notary received phone calls every five minutes, putting half on hold and never returning to them.\r 3. Weeks later, they called me on an inaudible speaker phone with bogus issues, ""bogus"" because the ""follow-up"" issues, it turns out, didn't even apply to me. Turns out they were trying to sell me financial planning services!!!\r STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE Pros: less expensive than an attorney Cons: inefficient, disorganized, horrible customer service more
