This is a take out place and they do catering. I was first introduced to their food at a company picnic. I had the beef brisket and I could not get enough, it is cooked to perfection and the sauce is fabulous! I am fortunate to live not far from their location (a trailer in the Sportman?s Warehouse parking lot on SE 82nd ave.) so I have been there several times this summer to pick up dinner to take home and enjoy on my patio. It?s like a barbeque without all the work! They have the best ribs in town, hands down! Their French Dip sandwich is a great item for lunch if you are nearby. You can buy meat by the pound, or order a combination plate or sandwich. The only disappointing thing is the bread they use for their sandwiches, it falls apart while you are eating, and is not the same high quality as their meat. \r

Pros: Great Meat! Great Sauce!
Cons: Bread for sandwiches falls apart, not a good place to stay and eat.
