I love Target. Hell, who doesn't? But the Flatbush location is by far the worst Target I've ever been to. Long lines not withstanding, the staff here just doesn't care about their customers. I once called looking for an item and had to call back not once, not twice, but four times before the operator could finally connect me with the right department. My search for a bath rug landed me with the pharmacist, the electronics department and then the perfume counter. What in the world is going on here? Once at the store, if you have any questions, forget about it. Don't expect anything short of curt responses, blank looks or even some nasty remarks. And I'm a nice person too. Do I really need this from a place I've come to know and love? Where am I because this certainly isn't Target! If I didn't have to rely on this location for basic apt stuff, I would never go back again. Someone please overhaul this place! It gives Target a bad name. Awful, simply awful.
