Mark has been caring for me ever since I first moved into NYC. He has always looked at my whole person when diagnosing me. When I first moved to the city, I was a bit stressed out and he took the time to ask meaningful questions about my lifestyle. He was geniunly concerned that I was taking good care of myself. The reason I am writing this review is because he has gone above and beyond on 2 specific occassions and I needed everyone to know about it. On 2 seperate occasions (about 1 year apart), I have needed medical advice or treatment outside of normal business hours. The first time I called him (he used to leave his cell number on the outgoing message-who does that??), it was around 10pm on a Saturday night and needed my prescription called into a 24 hour pharmacy. He stopped what he was doing and called it in right away! I never took the time to write him a thank you. The second time was just last night-it was again after hours and I needed help again. He actually answered the Always Your Choice phone. I was shocked but so very happy he answered. Again, he promptly helped me again. I haven't even seen him in well over a year and he remembered who I was. Healthcare professionals with this type of commitment to their patients are very RARE, especially in New York City. I am so thankful to have found such a great person to look after my health needs. I highly recommend him to others!
