to the people that live in canyon view when i got my house i was very happy five years ago my rent was $655.00 a month well in that time every year my rent would go up $65.00 ok fine but last dec in 2007 i got a letter from that a hole pam that i had to pay a tax on the NOT HOUSE TAXES I AM TALKING LAND TAXES the land that i don""t own $3.000.00 and if i don""t pay i have to get out in three days i called for the owner but pam will not let u talk to him so i said to her he can stick this up his u know what i am not paying it. this is not my land i well pay my house taxes only. so every month they where charger me a late fee but i still won""t pay it so six months later i did not get my land lease bill and i called that btch she told me my lease was over because i have not paid my LAND TAXES so i have to get out in order to get my lease back i have to pay 2.500.00 to them i told her to kiss my u no what so i called a friend he was able to help us so we got out we call are realtor and the bank we put the house up for short sell no more then two weeks later canyon view lock us out no one can come and look at house they went into my house and change all the locks they broke into my house now i can""t sell my house they called the front gate and told them don""t let us in. by the way my space rent also went up in may to 1.280.00 now i know there is other people that paid land taxes u guys r a hole i well not lower my self to kerry or his brothers so if anyone reads this please think twice about living there i could tell u more story about this place just because the house price is cheap the rent well be double and u think they won""t do this pam told me kerry owns the land he can do what ever he wants {if you see this kerry or pam go to hell }
