As we were purchasing our car from these guys, I asked about a spare key and the keyless entry. Their salesman said, ""No problem, I'm sure it's at the toyota dealer still."" (whom they purchase the car) I called and called and called for over two months... and everytime I called it was some excuse like the Toyota guys never called me back, or I was out, or I was sick. Let me call you back in 5 minutes, he'd say... then never called me back. I believe he thought I would just go away, but finally got tired of my persistance and told me the key and keyless entry are not at the toyota dealer, but said he would call around and find a good deal. Of course never called back. I called around and the toyota dealer wanted 160 for each keyless entry and 120 to program it. Luckily I found a place on ebay that sold be 2 for 35 and free programming. Unfortunately I can't find a spare key for under 150, but at least I found that deal on the keyless. \r All Speedway had to do was me honest and straight forward with me and I would have been fine with the answer... but because of they're typical salesman approach and lack of integrity I'm giving them 2 stars only because I like the car I purchased from them.
