I had a stressful time finding a spot for my boxer named Lola...I had called several places the week before the 4th of July trying with no success, I was number 63 on the waiting list at one place and 44 at another. I called Wag and they booked us a suite with no problem. Greeted with very nice people in the front...who all had walkie talkies on so they could communicate to each other easily. Lola was taken to her room which I saw and totally approved and I was able to take my vacation and so was Lola. Low and behold, on returning from vacation....(my dog does not do well with others-she is over excited) I walked in and told the peeps I was there to pick up Lola they pointed to what they call the fish bowl-(a large viewing area where the dogs get supervised play time...with a person who as soon as
hits the ground was there to keep the area clean, very impressed) and there was my dog totally calm and playing with other dogs, 1st time ever! I will from now on when my budget affords it (kinda pricey) take Lola to Wag. It was great and my dog was well rested and did not want to leave.
Pros: Plenty of room to roam. Friendly staff.
Cons: $40+per night, but worth it!
