The first few times that I went to the exchange I was unimpressed with what i saw. used t-shirts at prices that you'd see at a retail store. The first time I sold, however, I was happy. I recieved 30 bux for a box full of junk clothes that my mom gave my girlfreind (that she never would wear...clothes I'll add she bought at walmart) the next time I went in (with some of the same junk they wouldn't take the last time and a few of my own things) I got about 70$. This last time today I went in with designer jeans and slacks and a few hoodies (zooyork, famous exc..) some brand new polo's that still had tags on them (some of the pants even had the tags on them) AND THE B*#$h WORKING THE COUNTER WOULDNT TAKE ANY OF IT!..she offered me 20$ for a famous hoody I paid 100$ for...I reluctantly agreed to that because I needed the gas money after being screwed over by a promoter at a gig in the valley. I also brought back an old blazer that I figured someone overtly trendy would love and she says ""this isnt something we'd EVER buy"" which was kind of funny..being that I bought it there in the first place. (yes I informed her of that..she had nothing to say other than..""well..i'm not buying it""..all this being said..I walked to the check out counter to get what I thought was going to be 20$ for the famous hoody and was handed 6$!!!... I responded with ""the ticket says 19.99""..to which he responded..""thats instore credit..you'd only get 6$ out the door""..I politely handed the money back to him and went back to the smelly dirty blonde hippy that gave me the ticket and asked for my jacket back..before handing it back she removed a price tag that was already placed on it for 60$!!...THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME 6$ FOR MY JACKET AND SALE IT FOR 60$!!!!!\r
So i've come to the conclusion that what you get for your trade ins depends on the taste or ""style"" of the moron working the register...that is called..inconsistency..I wouldnt recomnd that place to anyone ever again....
Pros: if you shop there people might think your cool for spending to much money on stuff someone else alraedy wore
Cons: bad customer service and inconsistency..
