EZ washer and dryer has the WORST customer service. They delivered my washer and dryer and then I never received a bill!! I did however receive a nasty phone call from their uneducated manager who yelled at me even after I explained to him that they billed the wrong apartment OBVIOUSLY. This place should be out of business and every employee should take an etiquette class. I mean how in the world do you deliver to the correct apartment but then bill the wrong one??? I was blamed for their mistake. The manager also threatened me and said he would ""have his fun with me"" if I wasn't going to pay the late fees which I felt were not my responsibility. Maybe I need to get a lawyer and file a restraining order. Heaven only knows what kind of people they hire. This place is trash.
