I was so disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I had 50 minutes to get the lady I was supposed to get and was not told when I checked in. I got my highlights and then Jennie told me I would have to wait 50 minutes so they put me with Geraldine who was supposed to be as good as Jennie. I would never go back to this visible changes again. I am leaving on vacation in 3 weeks and pray my hair will grow enough to get it straightened out somewhere else before I leave. The most disappointed service I have ever received anywhere. Although she had told me she knew how to cut naturally curly hair she left hunks cut out of it. A real mess!!!!!!
