I went to the smart tan location in Wellesley, which is owned by the same guy. The employees did not change the sanitary covers in the room between customers and I had to ASK the girl to give me a new cover for the lotion applicator, and then she told me she was WAY behind. I got a nasty rash from the tanning beds and when I called to request a refund only for my remaining sessions, the guy was extremely rude and told me that I should send him a doctor's note, which I did. When I didn't hear a response, I called and he was rude yet again, wouldn't give me my refund, and hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service. I am disgusted. Cons: Nothing good to say! more
