My fitness journey with Kratai began four years ago at her kick boxing studio. Unfortunately for me, a year later, Kratai decided to close her studio. For the last three years I have spent time searching and wasting money looking for another kick boxing/fitness program that kept me motivated as Kratai did. I was never satisfied with my results and would give up. All a while, my health bottomed out-on the road to diabetes, I had extremely high triglycerides and cholesterol and was on the verge of forever taking medication! Needless to say, I had no energy (I would get exhausted walking around the mall) and constantly felt physically horrible. I was devastated b/c I felt I was too young to worry about my health. I remember my doctor looking at my charts telling me to do what ever I was doing in 2005 b/c that was when I was most healthiest. Of course, when I was kick boxing with Kratai. I wished to find Kratai again-just ask my boyfriend- Kratai was all I could talk about but could never find. By the grace of God, I ran into Kratai at a random function and I knew my prayers had been answered. Kratai's husband is in the same business as my boyfriend so I nagged him to get her number(thanks Rubin and Allen). The rest is history. I truly enjoy Kratai's fitness program! She puts 100% effort in making sure you have all the tools to achieve your fitness goals. In the last three months, I have dropped a significant amount of inches and weight. Now, I have so much more energy and feel mentally and physically better than before! Kratai is no cake walk; she will challenge you to do your best and I wouldn't have it any other way. If your looking for a fitness program that will give you results and help you make healthier life choices, this is the fitness program for you!
