After reading all the reviews I had to try this place out for myself. I went to Jenna and I'm so glad I did. She is so cute & bubbly. She made me feel completely comfortable. I have some grey and have been doing my own color for some time but durring the cut she spoke up and said"" I dont know how to tell you this but your drab color looks terrible"". I couldnt help but laugh at her direct approach, I found it refreshing that she was so honest. She said she couldnt let me walk around even 1 more day looking the way I did so she somehow squeesed me into her schedual and gave me a golden brown color with blonde highlights. I had no idea I could look this good. I dont feel like the same person when I look in the mirror. My friends and family are so happy for me and have said I seem to walk a bit taller now that I feel so pretty.
