I have been trying to buy a pair of sunglasses from Paragon for the last 10 days and I have been given the complete runaround. They may have extensive stock but that's where the pros of shopping here end. I have been told a different story by almost everyone I have spoken to. I have been given misinformation from ""the glasses are on order"" ; "" they came in the other day and have all sold out"" ; ""they are no longer making them"" to ""we have them upstairs in the stock room, they just need to be unpacked"". Come on guys - get your act together. There is no excuse for such poor and oftentimes rude customer service. I wouldn't mind being told they are not available but just give me the correct information. I will not be shopping here again, even if they are the only store stocking what I need. Jack Rabbit and SBR Multisports are much more friendly and helpful.
