The service started out great the first several visits. Then earlier this year, they just stopped showing up and stopped answering their phones. I had an appointment the week before Christmas when I had a house full of guest coming. No one came and when I called the main office, no one answered the phone and no one returned my calls. Several months later they called me out of the blue to confirm my ""regular appointment"" like nothing ever happend. I told them I would give them one more chance...We were back on track (I thought) then they just started showing up at different times in the day - different from the times they said they were going to show up.
Pros: You can get the same people everytime to come and clean.
Cons: You could never count on them to have actually put your appointment in the books.
