Bad service is typically not something made up. Sure, the truth may lie somewhere in the middle, but I believe the customer in this instance. And she is an associate/co-worker of mine as well. This was nothing but we'll get back to you, no call, run around, call again, run around, etc... No after the sale service here. Wouldn't recommend at all.
