Took our loving Llhasa Jack to get a bath and haircut and picked up a scared, unbathed, poorly cut dog that we did not recognize. He was upset for two days. Should have known from the condition of the shop there was something wrong. We have always been told that Jack is the ""best and easiest"" to groom, something went very very wrong with Dog's Day Out. Please do not take your pet here. I did not contact them to complain as it was evident that anyone who would treat the animals and customers with this much disrespect was not worth the energy. I would not have given them the opportunity to touch my Jack again anyway.
