I just spent most of a Saturday afternoon here. A friend was going for her first tattoo. She had checked out the place before, and tried to make an appointment, but they said that since she wanted a farily simple design, she should just walk in on a Saturday.
Pros: Seemed clean, staff seemed knowlegable
Cons: Other customer concerns caused us concern. Staff does not care about your time.
