The food served at our reception was cold and dry. They served it in aluminum roasting pans, not chafing dishes with sternos to keep the food warm. The waitstaff was rude to everyone. The head waitress told me that slicing my cake was ""not on her list of things to do."" The cookies weren't trayed as agreed upon. As a matter of fact, my mother had to put the cookies out herself. The list goes on and on. The owner told us to submit a proposal to him, which we did, but he won't return our calls and is funnelling everything through his attorney. All we wanted was an apology and reimbursement for his failure to provide the agreed upon services. This experience has been terrible and I would not recommend this caterer to anyone.
Pros: The tasting was great.
Cons: The delivered goods were not up to the quality of what we were given at the tasting.
