Like the previous reviewer, I have unfortunatley seen my share of physical therapists. These guys are the best. This is not the typical ""here are 5 exercises for X injury"" - they first get to understand everything that is happening with your body and then design a program to meet exactly the goals/activity you are going after. It isn't dumb work, either - I've learned so much from Dave and Mark about how to stay healthy and take care of myself. My time with Pioneer left me with much greater confidence in my abilities and performance - really set me up to achieve even more. And while they get you to work hard, they are totally supportive and awesome. The saddest part is when you're healthy again and you don't get to come anymore! Highly recommended.
