Loved this place. Was quite surprised to realize was only open for two weeks prior to my visit. Went on a Sunday evening. Was impressed with the decor. The Yerba Mojito is really quite good--made with sugar from Mauritius(?). Tried a bunch (i) Guacamole, (ii) Picada--really loved the fried yucca in this sampler! (iii) short ribs, and (iv) lechon--fried pork (my favorite) with a yummy yucca puree! Giovanni topped the delicious dinner off by bringing a few glasses of wine and churros with dulce de leche and chocolate dipping sauce. The food was quite ""chic"", but still retained authentic cuban elements- spicy and flavorful! The drinks, specifically mojito were excellent. The small place makes it feel quite comfy (keep in mind that wasn't very full when we were there). You should definitely try this place!
Pros: Attentive staff and good food
Cons: smaller space
