I dont know what the other people are talking about. I bought my pool in may of 2007 and Renaissance had my pool completley finished in 16 days!!!! The office staff kept me informed of the whole process, and was friendly. Also everyone that came to my house was renaissance employees not a bunch a sub contractors. this was the only company I went to that didnt attack me right when i walked thru the door. They wernt phushy like the other companys i went to. My pool is so pretty I get tons of complements on how the water looks like the beach (I got the pebble beach color) The pool itself is amazing, so easy to clean.I got the bermuda model and it has lots of seats and a walking ledge for my kids. I also got the shasta spa (round model) I couldnt be happier with the service or the product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
