After reading reviews, I knew my family and I had to try this joint while vacationing in Denver. Tried the chicken, ribs and brisket. The chopped brisket in the barbeque sauce was by far the best. Great smokey taste, the barbeque sauce was yummy. The ribs were okay. A bit fatty but overall pretty good. The sauce surely made them better! As noted by other reviewers, the bread is really good. Mr. Wolfe stated that it came from a bakery that is involved with some type of farmers co-op...really a pretty neat story. The carrot salad left something to be desired...overall bland. The cole slaw was pretty good. Not sure how the beans were..didn't get a review from family members on how they were. The overall environment provides a great experience and the company from Mr. Wolfe is great as well. You sure don't find many restaurants anymore that are a one man show...a very unique experience.
Pros: Chopped Bisket and the bread, Mr. Wolfe
Cons: carrot salad
